The Role

Licensed Real Estate Salespersons at Nest Seekers are highly motivated individuals with the ability to drive new business, understand the global market impact on hyper-local markets, develop longstanding relationships with clients, and guide clientele through the renting, purchasing, and sales process with an understanding of financial market trends as it relates to consumer behavior and decision making. This position, although that of an independent contractor, works closely under the supervision of the company's Managing Directors. An eagerness to learn, work alongside colleagues, and a solid commitment to success is essential for any agent regardless of experience.

Successful candidates will be able to:

· Manage multiple projects simultaneously with meticulous attention to detail.

· Engage with and ensure their client's best interests are always met.

· Utilize the Nest Seekers intuitive dashboard to drive new business.

· Hold themselves accountable for their success with support from the Nest Seekers team.

· Have an unwavering entrepreneurial spirit and desire for success.

Requirements and Qualifications

· High school diploma or equivalent; higher education degree preferred. Must be at least 18 years of age.

· Must have a valid Driver's License or Passport.

· Applicants must pass the local real estate state licensing examination.

· Join at least one Board and MLS where our designated broker participates.

· Knowledge of the real estate sales process.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Reciprocal State Applicants

· High school diploma or equivalent; higher education degree preferred. Must be at least 18 years of age.

· Must have a valid Driver's License or Passport.

· Must have an active license in good standing in a reciprocal state.

· Passed the real estate licensing examination in the reciprocal state when obtaining your license.

· Certification of license history/verification received directly from the reciprocal state.

· Professional headshot and biography for the company website.

· Knowledge of the real estate sales process.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Bonus Qualifications

· 2+ years of sales/rental experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
